Starting Care

Contact Us

First, you can click the “Contact Us” button at the top of the page to get our contact information. Fill in the informational form and please allow for 48 hours until someone from our team can review your application and get back to you.

Initial Meeting

Next, we will schedule an initial meeting. This is commonly done in home, but sometimes is done via Zoom. During this meeting, you will chat with a BCBA regarding what skills you are hoping to develop and any other information about your family that could be helpful in setting up services.

Secure all paperwork

Then, we will work with you and provide support as you gather the necessary paperwork to submit to insurance in order to start care. Don’t worry, we will handle the insurance side, we will just need you to collect all relevant documentation. While this various depending on the carrier, it often involves a referral, diagnostic assessment, and insurance information

Schedule Initial Assessment

Next, once insurance has approved start of care, we will schedule a longer, 2-3 hour comprehensive assessment. A BCBA will come into your home and observe, assess, and meet with you regarding your child’s needs. This will be the first official session, and the information gained in this session will help the team develop the initial treatment plan.

Schedule 1st Session

Finally, once insurance has given one last approval, you are ready to start care! You will meet with your BCBA and Behavior Technician, set a schedule, and begin services. Additionally, this is when you will schedule your first caregiver engagement session to meet 1-1 with your BCBA to continue to collaborate care.
